If you are shipping our Strike Anywhere matches, they require special handling. We recommend working with your local postal office or UPS store to determine the best way to send the product. They are volatile. Overheating is not a concern. However, the friction that may be caused while shipping may be an issue.
Per our Safety Lead, they must be sent from a UPS center as a full hazmat shipment. The matches must have an inner and outer carton (the two-part box is sufficient), placed into a fiberboard box with packing material that limits movement. The UPS service representative can assist with the required paperwork.
